Abstract

This study discusses the concept of knowledge
management and also its application at PT. Humala is
independent. Knowledge management seeks to increase
useful knowledge in an organization. Qualitative
descriptive method is a research method that the author
uses in this study. Knowledge Management is divided
into two theories, namely resource based view theory
(RBV) and knowledge based view theory (KBV). In the
delivery service company, knowledge management is
applied in the form of increasing resources and utilizing
existing information technology. The purpose of this
research is to analyze the application of knowledge
management at PT. Independent Active Humala. The
results obtained in this study are PT. Humala Giat
Mandiri has implemented knowledge management well.
