Abstract

Business rivalry among coffee shop in Semarang is very tight. So, to keep in this competition, different and unique services are required to make it more memorable and enjoyable. Diversion of manual system to be computerization system can be an alternative way to integrate each others. This research is taken in Gerai Coffee Toffee Tembalang, Semarang City. The researcher used an interview, observation, and literature study as data collections. System design in this research is systemic and consecutive. Regarding the observations, Gerai Coffee Toffee Tembalang is still using manual system. Print out bills from cashier, is not effective and troublesome the supervisor on sales reporting. It caused by the print out bills are pile up and lost somehow. Result from this research is enabling customers to view and order menu by themselve. Customers can place an order directly without going through the waiters and automatically provide notification to the barista print out order form. Supervisors can use the report feature when the owner asked the sales report is based on a certain period so that the performance of management to be efficient.
