Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of organizational culture, motivation,job satisfaction on employees Performance. This research used  primary data of questionnaire. Population of the current research is 120 people. Meanwhile the sample is 120 people. Analysis technique that used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) from software AMOS. This result of this research indicate that causality [relation/link] usher variables influencing and criterion of Goodness Of Fit that is chi square =(192,450); Probability = 0,104; CMIN/DF = 1,139; GFI = 0,876; AGFI = 0,815; TLI = 0,991; CFI = 0,994; RMSEA = 0,03). The result indicates that organizational culture have a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture have an positive and asignificant effect to employees performance, motivation have an positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation have an positive and significant effect to employees performance, and job satisfaction have an positive and significant effect to employees performance.
The empiric finding, indicated that to increase employees performance, need to pay attention to factors that influencing employees performance such as organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction. Because by given the referable the relation, influence to design strategy utilize improvement of employees performance.
